About WTFoodge

WTFoodge started out as an idea on January 2009 with two close friends, Joel and Tamer. An idea without action is useless, so Chris joined the team as the designer/admin/editor of the site. The name of the site was inspired by Joel's teddy bear which he had since birth named "Foodge".

WTFoodge.com began with one goal in mind, and that was to entertain those who were bored and also keep them up to date with the world by providing them with interesting material. A blog loaded with personality that reviews/comments/opinionates on videos, movies, games, food, news, toys...anything and everything that might just make you say WTFoodge!

As the site's viewership rapidly increased so did the demand for more posts, so another blogger, Quentin, was thrown into the mix. The Wtfoodge team also began to allow their readers be a part of the blogging by allowing them to submit posts. When we review the submission and it's something interesting...it'll be up on the site! Due to interest of time and conflict of interest, we can't put EVERYTHING up, so you might see things that are interesting, but we just don't feel like writing a blog post about it on "The Link Stash".

WTFoodge.com has partnered up with companies such as Thinkgeek, Defybags, Dynomighty, and Port-O-Pong just to name a few. As the site continues to grow in dedicated readers, our gratitude and dedication for our readers also continue to grow. I am not a typical Asian kid, from a not so typical Asian family. I'm lazy but motivated. Laid back but fun. Foodge is actually my bear which I've had for 19 years. Although, I've been mistaken for a homosexual for having a teddy bear that wears hello kitty underwear...I am not. I had a blog before, but I was too cheap to upgrade my hosting so that it could hold two domain names (I guess that doesn't help my "Not a typical Asian" claim). I actually have another blog roadtonursing.wtfoodge.com but you can just write qtjoel.com and you'll be directed there :) Usually if I have enough motivation and time, I'd make films on a cheap Canon camera which was supposed to made for photos and not videos. I usually stay up during the wee hours of the night doing unproductive things like watching Entourage. As a matter of fact, it's 3:53 AM right now. I'm only writing this now because Chris told me to test it to see if it works. Well I'm going to go back to Entourage now. Bye.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but originally from Turkey. I'm a chill guy, reckless at times, but nonetheless, chill. Joel and I go way back (we met in kindergarten) and this blog will be one of our most serious projects (we've had a series of projects..) if not the most serious.
