Apparently, New Zealanders are terrible drivers and this is not my opinion but a quote from their traffic authorities. In fact, on the first raindy day of the season 15 people died in seperate crashes on their highways. So how do they combat this? An advertising company came up with billboards of children who bleed when it rains. Harsh much?

Now they're going to be even more car crashes because drivers are going to be so intrigued by the billboard, they'll be looking at it and not the road!
