John Waldo, an engineer at AvMed, was found dead in his car in Gainesville, Florida. His car had been illegally parked and was ticketed SEVEN times. WTF?

City records show a ticket officer issued seven tickets to Waldo's BMW, with the first ticket being issued Feb. 12, the day after Waldo was last seen alive.

According to Kameg, Smith said the reason the ticket officers apparently did not notice someone slumped over in the BMW may have been because the window tint on the car was illegally dark.

"Even the person who called this in was not real sure if they had seen him clearly," said Kameg.

The spokesperson from the city said that the people writing the tickets aren't actually police officers so they don't have the training of a police officer. But how much freaking training do you need to spot a DEAD GUY?

It's called shear negligence...not to mention JOB COMPLACENCEY. We didn't get a chance to say goodbye to John, for we could not have an open casket due to deterioration due to all that time in his car without being noticed. That hurts. There were two young men that purposely LEFT John in the car the night John went missing, they seen news (Looking for John Waldo) and still refused to even so much as make an anonymus call to feds to where John was. They didn't care, they left him therem KNOWING he was dead. When caught, apparently there's no LAW against BAD MORAL'S per Detective Benny Smith of Gainesville, that's all he could say!!!!!! Well seem's to me they should be held responsible in some way, like maybe, Gross negligence. John may have caused his own death, BUT.....between them young boys and the idiots who left 7 tickets on his car started the morning after John went missing, someone should be held RESPONSIBLE for the pain and agaony John's family has endured not being able to appropriately say good-bye. That is OUR American Justice system at work for us. But you let someone get caught for ATTEMPTED burglary and they are CRUCIFIED as examples.

What happened to John is a tragedy, but the blame doesn’t lie with local law enforcement. The vehicle was ticked not by law enforcement officers, but by city employees whom had no access to the law enforcement database, and seeing the body in the car was not possible. The tents on John’s windows were illegal. Just look at the picture. The man who reported it wasn’t even sure if he saw someone in the car, and that was with his face against the glass. I think Florida’s officers are doing a good job. Your son did not spent two years in jail because of attempted burglary, but for violation of probation. If he had followed the rules, he would have never been there for any more than a few weeks.

I knew Amy, she was married to another man at the time of john's death, but somehow she ended up with a lot of his life insurance money. funny thing is, within a few weeks of getting the money she files for divorce. Wow! this looks wierd.
