Wicked Lasers are WICKED COOL!

posted by qtjoel on 03.17.10 at 3:26 am

So I've always been interested in lasers. I remember my friend Simon had a brolic green laser and I tried killing a spider with it once but it started hurting my eyes because the reflection was super bright and the spider kept trying to run away. I burned the spider a little but never got around to killing it (I know...I'm a jerk!).

Anyway I was doing some research and I ran into this site www.wickedlasers.com and they have...WICKED LASERS! I was watching some of their videos and they have lasers that do some ridiculous things, like burn plastic. I know the green lasers are stronger than red lasers but I don't know if violet or green lasers are stronger but the Sonar Advanced Blu Ray laser (as seen above) looks B-E-A-UTIFUL! If I can get my hands on one, I'm just going to have a video of where I burn things. Speaking of burning things, Wickedlasers.com also has "The Torch" (World's brightest flashlight at 4100 lumens). Check out this video of the flashlight BURNING THINGS!!! AWESOMEEEEE.

It's a new game that I'm thinking will be free in the future being developed by Black Pants studios. The entire goal of the game is to retrieve a stolen pair of pants which sounds horrifically boring. The skills they give you to retrieve said pants though, make it worthwhile. You can download it here.

- I enjoyed it, hope you do too.

The Video Game Bosses’ Lament.

posted by qtjoel on 03.11.10 at 8:26 am

This is pretty awesome. It was also very nostalgic watching this video. I've come to realize that old games were the most awesome ones...With new games it's like if you die a couple of times you give up and try another day, but with old school games, it's one of those things where you HAVE to beat it, and when you do it's the best feeling in the world. What I just said really has nothing to do with the video...Anyway, enjoy it, it's pretty funny!

Mix and match some pre-made sounds with Incredibox to make music or just stick it in shuffle mode and leave it on in the background.

The creator of Chat Roulette is 17 year old kid from Russia

posted by Chris on 03.09.10 at 1:09 pm

And his name is Andrey Ternovskiy. Der Spiegel has a very interesting article about him and his current dilemma of whether to make a crap load of cash in Russia or make a crap load of cash in America.

Late last year, only 500 people were using the Web site that Andrey Ternovskiy launched. Now Chatroulette gets around 1.5 million visitors daily. With Russian billionaires offering him cash and Google on the other line, the Moscow teenager has to make a decision: America or Russia?

Rii Wireless Mini Keyboard.

posted by qtjoel on 03.06.10 at 6:03 pm

If you're lazy like me, and you don't like moving from your bed to check something on your computer, this is the perfect item for you! My thumbs have become very used to typing on QWERTY keyboards from years and years of texting on messaging phones. Maybe I can now update WTFoodge from my bed! It works up to 30 meters and can last about a month on standby time without charging. If you want one you can buy one at USB.BRANDO for $92.
