Little people do not actually fit all of these descriptions. In fact very few of them They actually have normalish sized hands and feet, which is disproportionate to the rest of their bodies. They also have proportionate sized heads and facial features. They don't have tummy bulges unless they are fat, much like any adult human. They also usually have proportionate sized arms. They also typically have visible necks, unless, again, they are fat like other humans.
If you are going to be offensive, at least be correct.
