I've waited so long to see something like this. Some douche on a candid camera show goes around pranking people by kicking people in the balls or messing with them and having public justice prevail. You just have to watch the first 14 seconds of the video, the rest of it is quite useless and I know the first 4 seconds seemed to be stuck on a freeze frame, but it works.
