This is horrible. I was just talking about this kind of stuff the other day. I don't know what to say. Actually, I do. I shouldn't talk very big of myself, but I am pretty sure I would have done something, at the very least call 911! How can those people who did nothing live with the guilt. I guess some people just don't care about anything.
