John sent me this website about Onlive that allows someone to play video games via the internet. No downloads. No need for intense graphics cards. Just broadband connection! Do you know how crazy that is?! That means we don't need to keep up with advancements of video cards anymore! We don't need to spend money trying to keep up with the demands of Crysis. So gameplay quality doesn't depend on your processor or video card but rather your broadband connection! Learn more about it here in the interview with Gametrailers!

i have read up on this service, its convenient for people who are entry level gamers with shitty setups to play very pretty games, but it only extends to simple non timing based games. Take for example Burnout: Paradise, that is a very quick and frame oriented game that requires quick response time; this service would seriously hinder playtime with that particular game because of the lag associated with the cloud.
Also they said that the fucking box costs more then whats inside it. WTF!
I might just try this out for a few months see if it REALLY works.
