This is a phone booth turned aquarium by artists Benoit Beseille and Benedetto Bufalino. Its located in Lyon, France and is part of the Lyon Light Festival.

I don’t think we even use pay phones anymore cause we all have cell phones. Even the girl on the right is taking a picture of the phone booth aquarium with her cell phone.
