So I've seen this once before on TV and I was like "Pssht a effing rubber wrist band? Makes you stronger, more flexible, and more balanced. I just tried one my brother had and I can tell you it worked like a charm (WTFOODGE?!). It's called the Power Balance and I want to see if I can get one myself to do a full hands on review.

hahaha my friend got one a while ago and he was convinced it was the placebo effect...but he wont take it off just in case...
nah there are some things you can't do that do even with a placebo effect... I twisted my waste and I could only go so far...then I put it on and twisted my waste and I went like 6 inches farther...I don't know how to explain that with a placebo

it is, close your eyes, put a regular band, try the balance effect. Close your eyes try the power balance and test your balance. Switch on and off until it works without the person wearing the bands knowing which one it is. I did some crap I know I can't do which is why I say it isn't the placebo effect. I stood on one foot with my arms straight out my sides and had my sister push hard on one of my arms and I didn't lose balance

Perhaps because no one ever told you that the purpose of a Pokemon card was to strengthen you and increase your balance and flexibility.

Let's just pretend it is just the "placebo effect". If it works, it works regardless of whether it is a medical miracle or just you believing it will work. I will just say that I was a skeptic but after trying my friend's out, I am now a believer.
