i do all the don'ts except biting it in half, pickled ginger, and money. and i don't do the dipping of the raw part and the eating of the raw part first. american sushi etiquette ftw.
I don't understand the dip the fish not the rice thing or the fish on the tongue part. Most restaurants I eat at, the fish would fall off when turning the piece of sushi over as the fish hangs over the ends of the rice. I am guiilty of the don'ts except for the ginger and the chef... I guess I need to manner up.
