I think midgets fit all the points above but they aren’t cute at all.

Some guy over at iheartchaos.com, inspired by the Periodic Table of Cartoon Characters, decided to create a Periodic Table of Video Game Characters. Some major characters seem to be missing but that’s cause they were limited to those that could fit the elemental symbols.
