Guys, I just found the best game ever. Some guy recreated Super Mario Bros so that you can now play as any of the classic NES characters. How awesome is that? There's Megaman, Samus, the guy from Castlevania, the guy from Contra, Link, and of course, Mario. Man, just naming these guys is making me nostalgic.

I'm gonna go play Super Mario Crossover now.

I haven’t actually played Little Big Planet but I hear the best thing since sliced bread. If you don’t know what it is, its basically a platformer for the PS3 where the levels are user generated. You can make your own levels and download ones created by other users.

While most of them are probably worthless pieces of crap thrown together by 13-year olds, there are some that are truly impressive. For instance, this Contra Remake:

This Contra remake is a collaborative project by a group from the NeoGAF forums whose goal was to recreate all eight levels of the NES classic. Looks freaking awesome.

My favorite LBP level though is probably the calculator one. The calculator looks pretty simple on the outside but the mechanisms that make it work are CRAZYYY. Yeah, its pretty geeky.
