This is a clip from some reality show called Principal's Office on TruTV. Two seniors are called to their principal's office because of the increasing problem of "dirty dancing" at school events. Rather than being good students and heeding to the vice principal's advice, the two make him look like a complete fool.

I was watching America's Best Dance Crew and saw this group named Saltare that used jump ropes to dance. I was skeptical at first and thought "pssht...what can you do with JUMP ROPES...". They freaking owned the show and I'm still like, "holy crap".
