It's been pretty big on the news that Gizmodo has gotten their hands on the new Apple 4G iPhone which has yet to be released. So I'm pretty sure Apple was pissed, so pissed that they went ahead to get a warrant to seize four computers and two servers from his house. Well, I assume they are behind this considering the situation.
Last Friday night, California's Rapid Enforcement Allied Computer Team entered editor Jason Chen's home without him present, seizing four computers and two servers. They did so using a warrant by Judge of Superior Court of San Mateo. According to Gaby Darbyshire, COO of Gawker Media LLC, the search warrant to remove these computers was invalid under section 1524(g) of the California Penal Code.
Here is all the documentation (Jason Chen's personal details are pixelated).
For those of you who don't know what Gizmodo is, they are a blog that talks about gadgets and what's new/big in the tech world. They are almost as popular as WTFoodge, but they just aren't quite there yet.

Annie has been helping out with putting stickers around at random places. Why is she the only one who has been sending me these photos? Speaking of which...This is old news to some but awesome news to many. We were linked by Gizmodo about a week ago!

If you have photoshop skills and like having your work put in the spotlight, this may be the contest for you. It's a fairly simple one also, just take an everyday boring gadget and add some humorous sex appeal. Here's some more info straight from Gizmodo
Send your best entries to me at contests@gizmodo.com with Sexy Ads in the subject line. Save your files as JPGs, PNGs or GIFs, and use a FirstnameLastname.jpg naming convention using whatever name you want to be credited with. Send your work to me by next Tuesday morning, and I'll pick three top winners and show off the rest of the best in our Gallery of Champions.
Side Note : I'm working on my entry as we speak, i'll post it up later when I finish.

Notice anything similar about the two images other than the NBC logo and Conan? Yup! It SEEMS as if Conan's new backdrop for The Tonight Show was inspired by Mario. There are just some things that aren't coincidences...This is one of them!

Obviously this item is for guys and obviously only the Japanese would think of something as ridiculous as peeing on your knees to prevent splashing. I'm not going to lie, it happens! Pee splashes when I excert too much force and pee comes out too fast at too high of a pressure. Does this mean I'm going to buy it? Heck no, I still have my dignity, do you want to buy it? Go ahead at house-doctor!
