This video of San Fran was made with the Red One. It costs about $17,500 just for the body of the camera itself. A lens goes for $4,000-$5,000 or you can buy a set for $19,000. But for folks like me, a Red One hat costs $30! It could be a great conversation starter. For example:

Stranger: Hey! Nice hat. DO YOU OWN A RED ONE CAMERA?

Me: Hey. No, but -- stranger leaves

Or you could always lie and say its back at your place. Regardless, this camera is off the hook.

I could possibly be the world's biggest Zune fan, which probably stems from my hatred of the entity that is "Apple." The Zune HD is definitely going to be the best mp3 player on the market once it releases on Sept. 15th (A reminder, my birthday is Sept. 18th so if anyone's feeling generous send it my way =P) . Microsoft has finally put their stuff together and made it touch screen, which is great because when I had my 80gb Zune everyone would always ask, "Does it have a touchscreen like the Ipod Touch?" and that was freaking annoying. ZOMG there are a lot more extra stuff I dont have time to write about so, i'll list them.

This thing is SO awesome. It's 20 HD screens that are 30 inches each that show everytime one of the 20,000 Apple applications are downloaded. I have no idea which Apple store this is but it's so awesome! From far away, it kind of reminded me of The Matrix codes, rolling down the screen. I'll let the info for the video do the rest of the explanation

What you are looking at:
Over 3,000 apps-and growing-are dowloading every minute from the app store. This is live feed showing the activity of 20,000 popular apps currently on the store. Every time a customer downloads an app, its icon lights up (5min delay).

How Apple made it:
This hyperwall was built using the latest in Apple technology. It's powered by 20 Mac Pro towers running Mac OS X Snow Leopard. It was programmed in Quartz Composer using new OpenCL APIs. And it's shown on 20 synchronized 30-inch Apple cinema HD display.

It took me 9 minutes and 9 seconds to lose in HD Tetris. I have never tried so hard to lose in my life! Click the image to get a larger view.

Tetris HD has to be the hardest game of Tetris ever. If it’s not the hardest, then its got to be the most annoying and tedious version of it. It’s basically regular Tetris for the widescreen, HD resolution monitors.

Trying to finish even one line would probably take till the end of time so I wouldn’t suggest doing it. But if you want to, and you’ve got the time, you just go ahead and waste your days away. But don’t say I didn’t warn you. I didn’t have the patience to try it myself so I just held the enter key till a bunch of them fell down and made a neat pattern. Sweet.

Hmm, this would make a pretty awesome screensaver.
