This is ferrofluid. Its made out of nanoscale particles or iron suspended in a liquid. It responds to magnetism and does some pretty crazy things. There is a guide to making it yourself although from what I've read it wont come out looking as nice and wont do that spiking as well either. Making ferrofluid

BLOOD. Yummy. Joel posted about these Blood Energy Potions a while back. If you didn’t read it, they’re basically energy drinks that are marketed as having similar characteristics to blood: nutrition, consistency, and color. The Blood Energy Potion guys were awesome enough to send us some packets of these things so Joel and I tried them out. Not bad… not bad.

WTFoodge?! Can someone buy me three of these Blood energy potions? Apparently they give you 4 hours of energy and give you the similar nutrition blood would provide. Drink this and you'll get a good serving of iron, protein, and electrolytes. I just want to drink this around campus with some of it leaking out the side of lips and some of it on my white t-shirt just to see what people say. I'm going to see if I can get my hands on some, but I won't get it till January 2010 because that's when it's set to be sold
