Here's a neat video of a very enthusiastic Korean guy making Kkultarae, a candy made from pulled honey, cornstarch, and some kind of nutty filling. The guy takes a piece of hardened honey, pulls it and then folds it over repeatedly till it turns into 16,000+ very fine strings of honey. Then it is wrapped around a nutty filling.
I've had some of this in China. I don't know what its called in Chinese but I remember that the strings melted in your mouth and the filling tasted like peanuts.
