This is kind of a tear jerker for me...I would call this my second/third home (in competition with Stony Brook). As many of you know, table tennis has been a big part of my life and this is where I started and this is where I trained. For 7 or 8 years I've been playing here and to watch it all go away...Man it sucks. It seems as if lately everything has just been leaving me. Friends of old, things I love, my past...As the great author C.S. Lewis once said:

“We're not necessarily doubting that God will do the best for us; we are wondering how painful the best will turn out to be”

I know there is a light on the other side of this tunnel and for whatever reason things are going the way they are, I know that these wounds in my heart are healing...I just need to remember not to pull off the scabs

So in the past couple of days (Well more like two weeks), I've been in Arizona on a short terms missions trip at the Navajo reservation. I asked Dave to cover for my loss. Well, I'm back and I'll be posting again soon!

So this is something new I want to try. What I'm pretty much going to do is, every single week I'll write a song to the best of my musical ability (which isn't that great to begin with so bare with me) for the "most facebook liked post" from the week before. So start liking them posts peeps!

Exams and presentations can only hold me back for so long...

IT'S BECAUSE I JUST GOT STARCRAFT 2!

I GOT BURNED LIKE A FROMO. Look at that LINE! As a friend I met that day put it "That is like a clear cut borderline, like between Mexico and Texas, holy crap!". The river we went rafting in was 10 miles long and was level 0. Do you know what that means? That means there were little to NO rapids so we had to literally go the whole way there with our own strength. My sister didn't do JACK DIGITY as she just laid there bathing in the sun as the rest of the team tried to pick up her slack. It looks even WORSE in real life!
