So Chris and I were sent "Nuclear Powder" by Harcos Laboratories. In short it is kind of like candy but with caffeine. If the name of the corporation sounds familiar, it's because they were the ones who created "Blood Energy Drink". You can watch the 7 minute video of us trying it out, but all in all this was our take on it.

There were three flavors: Blue Radium Raspberry Lemonade, Green PlutoniumPear, and Yellowcake Uranium (How do you like my coloring ).

So the Yellowcake tasted awesome to begin with. Sort of like...Vanilla sugar, but about 30 seconds afterward there was this horrible bitter after-taste. Pear, had the same aftertaste but it also smelled weird and didn't taste so good to begin with. The most awesome of them all was the Blue Raspberry Lemonade! I love blue flavored things and they never cease to fail me. It was kind of sour (but what do you expect! It was lemonade!) and there was no aftertaste. Both me and Chris recommend you guys buy the blue one if you plan on trying them out. The price is $1.99 per tube and you can order them here!

Shutter Island is exactly what you would expect to happen when you have Director Martin Scorsese and a cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, and Ben Kingsley. This movie is an epic thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat at all times. I know that sounds cheesy and over used but its the first time its ever felt appropriate to use the term. The plot seems simple enough. Leo is US Marshal Teddy Daniels, accompanying him is his partner Chuck Aule. They arrive at Shutter Island to investigate the case of a missing patient. What starts as a regular case soon begins to escalate into something bigger. The acting in this film is phenomenal and even though its a long movie, its the kind that doesn't feel that way because every scene is important to the story. There is nothing you want to miss. This is something everyone has to see.

I came to the movie with no expectations because I had no idea what it was about. I saw it in regular 3d and the first half of the movie reminded me of some cheap movie you'd see on the Syfy channel. Little did I know, it led to the second half which was TOTALLY epic and now makes me want to recycle and save our planet. The fight scenes and special effects were epic and something you would expect from a James Cameron movie. The storyline was great and I now believe that James Cameron is a genius. I'm giving it:

From my personal experience, the power balance does work, whether it's a placebo effect or not it works. From the subjects I have tested this on, it worked on 90% of the subjects. I tried it on Chris and it didn't work at all. Either he has no potential strength because I used minimal effort to push him down on both tries and he tipped over on the strength test, or he just didn't try because it required more strength for me to push down my 12 year old cousin and a 100 pound girl.

So, I got a sneak peek at twilight and I got to tell you, I'm not in love with it and if you are I'm betting you are brain dead . This video is pretty much the whole movie in a minute.
