Wow. this is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time. THIS IS THE FUTURE! Dual screen laptop? The thing doesn't even have a real physical keyboard for crying out loud! The Toshiba Libretto W100 is going to cost you $1090 when it comes out on the market (August). Some of its features include:

  • 2 GB RAM
  • 5 Hrs. of battery life
  • 1024 x 600 touch screen display
  • 1.4 GHZ Intel U5400 processor
  • 1 MP web cam

Of course no one really NEEDS one of these babies...But it'll be cool to have one anyway :)

Microsoft Zune HD.

Quentin wrote a post about the Zune HD before and PC Magizine finally decided to do a little review on it. The previous designs looked alright to me, but didn't really stick out that much...and wow, I actually think the new Zune looks pretty cool! On a good note, the price is cheaper than the touch, with the 32 gig zune costing at $290. I think the HD function of this newer version adds something different that the touch doesn't have, but how Microsoft will be able to compete with the tens of thousands of apps available...I don't know. I'll have to play with one myself to figure that one out!

Soda Dispenser of the Future!

Holy shinanogans, this futuristic coke machine is pretty neat! I have two problems with this though...I feel like the lines to wait for one would be longer considering there is only one dispenser and about 100 choices, and the fact that there are 100 choices I wouldn't know what to choose! I already have a pretty hard time with the dispensers that have 10 choices.

Blackberry Storm 2!

The Blackberry Storm...I've heard good things about it...I've heard okay things about it...But I've never heard of anything horrible about it! I find it interesting how the whole thing functions as a button and a touch screen so it's not like the iphone, and you actually get a feel for actual buttons. From reading specs, it actually sounds like a really nice phone! Here are some just to name a few,

  • 3.25 Inch Screen.
  • 65,000 colors to offer an awesome video experience.
  • 3.2 MP Camera (More than the bold!)
  • 15 days of standby time <--- OMG
  • 1GB onboard memory

These are all specs of the Blackberry Storm, but rumors are rising that say the Blackberry Storm 2 is coming out and with Wi-Fi and brand new screen technology and maybe even a 5.0 megapixel camera! I can't wait and hopefully, more information will be released about it! According to engadget, it might be released in September.

Verizon LG Versa.

Verizon's LG-Versa could quite possibly be one of the most genius designs I've seen in a long time! It is to be released on March 1, costing $199 with a $50 rebate with a two year contract. Don't like typing on a touch-screen? Don't worry, there's an attachable QWERTY keyboard! Don't like a keyboard? Just detach the to phone and you have a touch screen! Here are some other functions.

  • Internet browser that supports full HTML and supports Flash & RSS Feeds.
  • MicroSD slot that could hold up to 16 GB.
  • Data plan costs $59.99
  • Up to 5gb usage of the internet/email.
  • Threading to use internet with your laptop.
  • Build in accelerometer (The thing that's in the ipod touch which allows you to shift it side to side)

Overall, I think this phone will be awesome. The only problem is the price. If Verizon lowered their prices, people are bound to buy their phones and services without a doubt in my mind. You can see first hand pictures on Engadget.
